What is parcel storage in a Parcel Service Point?

If the selected Parcel Locker is full or damaged, instead of going to a distant Local Office, the parcel will go to a Parcel Service Point, where you can pick it up at your convenience.

A Parcel Service Point acts like a local warehouse. The indicated Parcel Service Points are located no further than 2 kilometres (in a straight line) from the parcel locker you chose.

The shipment will wait at a given Parcel Service Point for one business day. If you fail to collect it after this storage time (one business day), it will return to the parcel locker you originally selected. Then you can easily pick it up from the parcel locker.

During the entire storage process, we will inform you about the status of the parcel using the InPost Mobile application, text messages, and e-mails. At any time you will know where to go to collect your shipment - to a Parcel Service Point or the target parcel locker.

You can pick up a parcel from a PUDO Point by providing your phone number and pick-up code.
