InPost InHelp is a volunteer program for InPost employees
However, for us it is not just ordinary volunteering – it is a joint initiative of our community, unwavering commitment and willingness to help on many levels.
We help as we work: #OutOfTheBox. Our work is also a passion that motivates us. We are committed, we are creative, we build our team spirit together, and in the process, we achieve the goals of our ESG strategy.
We know that together we can do even more! During our actions, Employees
act as leaders – which allows us to develop leadership and managerial skills,
as well as integration. At InPost InHelp, Employees from
many departments of the company work together.
We help others, and at the same time we gain a lot ourselves – we discover new
skills and develop them.
A day off for volunteering
We know that effective help requires time and focus. We give everyone involved in volunteering this space. Every InPost Employee, as part of volunteering, is entitled to an additional day off per year for volunteer activities. Those willing can engage in individual or team volunteering – activities organized by a group of Employees on their own initiative and projects coordinated and proposed by InPost.
Forms of InPost InHelp employee volunteering
InPost InHelp consists of as many as three forms of assistance:

Group action for the benefit of local communities or initiatives selected by employees, for the implementation of which you can receive financial support from InPost.

„Razem przenosimy góry” – pod takim hasłem odbywała się tegoroczna, 12. edycja akcji Czyste Tatry
ekoMałopolska, w której wzieło udział niemal 100 wolontariuszy z InPost w ramach programu
wolontariatu pracowniczego InPost InHelp.
Nasza drużyna razem z ponad 2 000 innych wolontariuszy zebrała ze szlaków Tatrzańskiego Parku
Narodowego 330 kilogramów śmieci.
