Discover Helpbox 365
InPost is making its greatest superpower – the Parcel Locker network in Poland – available, in order to provide assistance.
Helpbox 365 stations with life-saving defibrillators installed on the sides of selected machines will be ready for use 24/7
You will find them wherever they are needed: in residential areas, city centres, shops and petrol
stations, to significantly increase the chance of rapid intervention in the event of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA).
Campaign goal
In the event of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), every second counts. That is why we want to work with you to fill in the ‘blank spots’ on the map of Poland and increase the availability of AED defibrillators in your area.
As part of the first stage of the campaign, our goal is to purchase 100 Helpbox 365 stations, to be funded by InPost and installed on Parcel Lockers - not only in Polish cities, but also in smaller towns and villages. The first 2 of the 100 planned Helpbox 365 stations have already been installed in Warsaw and Krakow.

Why is it important?
- In Poland, there are over 40,000 cases of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) every year (according to the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) 2021 guidelines). The majority of them occur at home or in public spaces - where quick access to specialist help is often unavailable. The chances of survival drop dramatically after a few minutes without action.
- Rapid use of an AED can increase the chances of survival by up to 70%* - according to the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) 2015 guidelines.
- On average in Europe, only 8% of people survive SCA outside of the hospital - according to data from the European Resuscitation Council (2021).
About AED and SCA
Use an AED defibrillator when a person:
- ✅ is not breathing or is breathing abnormally,
- ✅ is unconscious.
In a life-threatening situation, call for help by dialing 112, then turn on the device, listen and follow its instructions.
Do not use an AED defibrillator if the person:
- 🚫 is conscious and breathing properly,
- 🚫 shows signs of life (responds to stimuli, has a normal pulse)..
💡 The device itself decides whether a shock is needed - just follow its instructions.
Sudden cardiac arrest occurs when the heart stops beating properly. This stops blood flow to the brain, lungs and other organs.
According to data from the European Resuscitation Council, there are approximately 40,000 cases of SCA per year in Poland (as of 2021), and rapid intervention with an AED increases the chances of survival by up to 70% (2015).
If someone around you has lost consciousness or is experiencing:
- chest pain,
- severe shortness of breath,
- heart palpitations,
- impaired consciousness,
call 112 or 999, as soon as possible, then turn on the AED defibrillator, listen and follow its instructions.
