FAQ
The process for preparing a parcel abroad is the same as for a domestic parcel. When ordering, you will choose whether you want to send your parcel with or without a label. If you choose a label, print it and stick it neatly on the parcel. If you prefer to send your parcel without printing a label, you will receive a special sending code, which you only need to write on the parcel. That's all!

The delivery deadline for overseas delivery depends on the place of delivery. It usually takes between 3 and 5 working days from the next working day after the day the parcel was posted. We have provided estimated delivery times on the map below. Please see the Regulations for details.
You can track the current status of your parcel in the InPost app or on our website. We will let you know when the parcel is already in the destination country and when it reaches the Recipient. The recipient will receive notifications and all the necessary information in the local language. In France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, shipments are delivered by Mondial Relay. Within these countries, the Recipient will receive a pick-up code in a message from Mondial Relay.
