FAQ

How many Grand Prize draws you participate in depends on when you submit your Entry. You can participate in the drawing of one, two or three grand prizes, as specified below:

1st Grand Prize – If your tickets were collected between 1 September and 31 October 2025.
2nd Grand Prize – If your tickets were collected between 1 September and 31 December 2025.
3rd Grand Prize – If your tickets were collected between 1 September and 28 February 2025.

For example: If you send your Entry on 1 September 2025, your ticket will participate in the drawing of three Grand Prizes. If you do not enter the lottery until 1 January 2026, your ticket will only participate in the drawing of the 3rd Grand Prize.

The lottery is only available in the InPost Mobile app. To participate, you should:

have an account in the InPost Mobile application, which must be updated at least to version 3.48
have at least 70 InCoins (InPost Program customer loyalty points) in your account.
register for the lottery in the app and go to the “Rewards” tab, which is located in the bottom menu of the app. Then, after clicking on “Get InBox” you will be redirected to a screen with detailed information about the lottery and its Terms and Conditions. After reviewing the Terms and Conditions, click on “Get InBox” again, then enter your phone number and email address, accept the Terms and Conditions and that’s it! Now you can exchange your InCoins for InBoxes. If you do not have enough (i.e. 70) InCoins, a notification to that effect will be displayed and you will not be able to make the exchange.

if you have 70 InCoins in your account, then in the next step you will see a screen with an InBox. After opening it (swipe to the top of your device’s screen), a short animation will be displayed (the animation will be launched automatically after 5 seconds of inactivity).
when the animated clip is over, you will see the result: you can either win an award or lose.

This result applies only to instant wins. A drawing of the grand prizes will be held on 12 November 2025, 12 January 2026 and 12 March 2026.

Instant wins are prizes that you can win immediately after exchanging InCoins for a themed InBox of your choice (Sports, Relaxation, Home or Brilliance). Each InBox contains different sets of attractive prizes, such as an iPhone 16 Pro, cross bikes, a Dyson hairdryer, shopping vouchers, access to streaming platforms, spa weekends or online courses.You will find out if you win a prize, and what prize it is, as soon as you open the InBox.

The grand prizes are the most valuable prizes in the entire lottery, with drawings taking place on the following days: 12 November 2025, 12 January 2026 and 12 March 2026. The prizes include a Porsche Cayenne and apartments in Gdansk and Krakow. Each InBox purchase equals one ticket in the grand prize lottery. Importantly, the tickets will remain valid for the entire duration of the lottery – if they are not drawn in one draw, they carry over to the next one.

If you are a registered Lottery Participant and have exchanged your InCoins for InBoxes – you can check the prizes you have won and the number of tickets in the InPost Mobile app under “Rewards”. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and enter the “My Rewards” section, then click on the “InBox Wins” section and that’s it. Here, you can:

check all the lottery prizes you have won
check the total number of your lottery tickets that will enter in the main prize draws,
fill out the Prize Claim Form (if you have not done it immediately after winning, you have 14 days from the win to do so),
copy your prize code (for electronic prizes).

To claim an instant win, fill out the Prize Claim Form.

You can access the form from the win screen or return to it later. All you need to do is go to the “Rewards” tab in the app, then go to the “My Rewards” section at the bottom of the screen and click on the “Inbox Wins” banner.

You will see a list of all the prizes you have won, along with their status:

Prize Claim Form” – this will be displayed if you have not filled out the form yet (you have 14 days from the moment you win to fill out the form, after this time the prize will no longer be available),
“Form completed” – you will see this status if you have already filled out the form. The forms differ depending on whether they apply to an electronic or material prize.
