100% of the main service price for a single Shipment

Sender In the cases specified in the Terms and Conditions, in particular when the recipient is missing, refuses to accept the shipment, or the address is incorrect, the Operator shall return the shipment. The fee for the Return to Sender is equal to the net fee paid when sending it (increased by the VAT), with the proviso that it will be equal to the net fee for the Shipment according to its actual weight and dimensions determined by the Operator (increased by the VAT), in the event of differences between weight and dimensions: actual and declared by the customer.

Payable courier pick- up at dispatching a specific number of shipments (ad-hoc). The service is included in the price, if the Sender orders 5 and more shipments at once, and the Parcel Station Shipments being sent on the basis of the current Terms and Conditions of the Paczkomaty 24/7 service sum up with the courier shipments and elements of freight shipments being sent on the basis of the current Terms and Conditions of the Postal and Carriage Services offered by lnPost Sp.. z o.o. The fees for the service do not apply to the subscription contracts, unless the provisions of such a Contract specify otherwise.

Verification of Parcel weight and dimensions

Fee for treating the Parcel as oversized

The fee is charged in four cases: a)when the weight of 25 kg for the shipment is exceeded, or
b)any of the 500x500x800 mm (height x width x length) dimensions isexceeded, or

d)the size of the shipment has been declared incorrectly.

Items a), b), c), the fee is charged together with the Fee for treating the Shipment as oversized. The fee do not apply to Senders being Customers

Oversized shipment – exceeding the dimensions 500x500x800mm or a weight of more than 30 kg

The fee is charged in two cases: a)exceeding the weight of 30 kg for automatic parcel station shipments, orb)any of the dimensions 500 x 500 x 800 mm (height x width x length)is exceeded. Caution: this fee applies together and sums up with the Fee for Verifying the weight and dimensions of a Shipment and the Fee for treating a Shipment as oversized. The fee do not apply to Senders being Consumers. The fee do not apply to Senders being Customers

100% of the main service price for a single Shipment

In the cases specified in the Terms and Conditions, in particular when the recipient is missing, refuses to accept the shipment, or the address is incorrect, the Operator shall return the shipment to its dispatch address.

For violations of regulations specified in the paragraph 6 s. 6 of the Terms and Confitions for the provision of postal and transport services by InPost sp. z o.o. may impose a contractual penalty on the Sender in the amount specified in this Price List for violations. * the fees do not apply to Senders being Customers
