Shipment verification when changing the size

The fee is charged when sending a shipment, the actual size of which is inconsistent with the size declared. When creating a shipment, remember to select the right size in terms of the minimum and maximum height and width.

Verification of Shipment weight and dimensions

Fee for treating the Shipment as oversized

Oversized shipment – exceeding the dimensions 500x500x800mm or a weight of more than 30 kg

a) exceeding the weight of 30 kg for automatic parcel station shipments, or
b) any of the dimensions 500 x 500 x 800 mm (height x width x length) is exceeded.

100% of the main service price for a single Shipment

In the cases specified in the Terms and Conditions, in particular when the recipient is missing, refuses to accept the shipment, or the address is incorrect, the Operator shall return the shipment to its dispatch address.

Return to Sender

100% of the main service price for a single Shipment

Sender In the cases specified in the Terms and Conditions, in particular when the recipient is missing, refuses to accept the shipment, or the address is incorrect, the Operator shall return the shipment. The fee for the Return to Sender is equal to the net fee paid when sending it (increased by the VAT), with the proviso that it will be equal to the net fee for the Shipment according to its actual weight and dimensions determined by the Operator (increased by the VAT), in the event of differences between weight and dimensions: actual and declared by the customer.

Exceeding of weight

PLN 3.81 for every kg above 30 kg

The fee for each started kilogram - is charged in the event of exceeding the maximum weight of 10 kg for shipments sent in the Allegro miniKurier 24 InPost service and 30 kg for shipments in the Allegro Kurier 24 InPost service. The fee is charged together with the additional fee for Verifying the weight of a Shipment.

Verification of Parcel weight and dimensions

The fee is charged when the weight or dimensions declared do not match the actual ones. To avoid the fee – make sure that you have provided the dimensions and weight of your shipment correctly.
In the case of courier services for Retail Customers, the fee is charged in four cases:
a) when the weight of 25 kg for the shipment is exceeded, or
b) any of the 500x500x800 mm (height x width x length) dimensions is exceeded, or
c) the parcel has a round, cylindrical, oval, irregular shape, has protruding elements, or
d) the size of the shipment has been declared incorrectly.
Items a), b), c), the fee is charged together with the Fee for treating the Shipment as oversized.

Fee for volume parcel

3,30 zł / kg exceeding 800 kg

A large - volume Package is an Element, the dimensional weight of which is bigger than the actual one. The Operator reserves the right to charge, according to the Individual Price List, an additional fee for classifying a Large - volume Package, and for a dimensional weight, or for each started kilogram of a volume weight:
a) more than 50 kg, and if the dimensional weight exceeds 70 kg, the Operator shall treat and price such a Large-Volume Parcel as a Pallet Shipment (Paleta Standard Service), or
b) more than 800 kg for pallet shipments.

Return to Sender

100% of the main service price for a single Parcel

Sender In the cases specified in the Terms and Conditions, in particular when the recipient is missing, refuses to accept the shipment, or the address is incorrect, the Operator shall return the shipment. The fee for the Return to Sender is equal to the net fee paid when sending it (increased by the VAT), with the proviso that it will be equal to the net fee for the Shipment according to its actual weight and dimensions determined by the Operator (increased by the VAT), in the event of differences between weight and dimensions: actual and declared by the customer.

The fees for the service do not apply to the subscription contracts, unless the provisions of such a Contract specify otherwise.
