The InPost Parcel Locker is a revolutionary locker system that increases delivery efficiency while minimizing carbon footprint. This delivery method combines unprecedented efficiency with user convenience.

Through a Parcel Locker, you can send and collect parcels 24/7. Sending a parcel is simple, and the best way is to do it without printing a label – via the InPost Mobile application or the InPost Quick Send website. With the app you can also: open lockers remotely to send and collect parcels faster, and manage all your shipments (e.g. extend the pickup time of parcels or redirect courier deliveries to a Parcel Locker, a ParcelPoint, or even to a neighbour).

How to send a parcel via InPost Parcel Locker / ParcelPoint?

  • Send via the InPost Mobile app:
    1. Open the app, select “New shipment” and then “Send”.
    2. Fill in the details and pay for the shipment.
    3. Send without a label in any Parcel Locker / Service Point.
  • Send via InPost Quick Send:
    1. Fill in the details, choose whether to send with or without a label, and pay for the parcel.
    2. Depending on the chosen option, either write the code manually on the parcel or stick the label.
    3. Place the parcel in any InPost Parcel Locker or hand it over at a ParcelPoint.

How to collect a parcel from an InPost Parcel Locker / ParcelPoint?

  • Collect remotely with the InPost Mobile app:
    1. Receive a notification about the delivery.
    2. Go to the device and open the locker remotely from the app.
    3. Take out your parcel. Done!
  • Collect with a QR code or pickup code:
    1. Wait for a notification that the parcel has been delivered.
    2. Go to the Parcel Locker and scan the QR code or enter your phone number and the 9-digit pickup code on the screen.
    3. Take out your parcel. That’s it!
