Send abroad with InPost International

You can now send parcels from Poland to Parcel Lockers and parcel points in Italy, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal. Additionally, to Austria and Hungary as part of the collaboration with Austrian Post.

At present, business customers can send international parcels from InPost International to Parcel Lockers and parcel points in Italy, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal. Thanks to our partnership with Austrian Post, we also handle courier shipments within Austria and Hungary, as well as deliveries to partner locations in Austria.

We plan to develop and expand our InPost International offering, including new geographical destinations, to best meet your expectations.

We realise the importance of clear communication, which is why the recipient abroad will receive all the notifications in the language that is usually spoken in their country. Nothing changes on your side.

With the InPost International service, you will send parcels from Poland to Parcel Lockers and parcel points in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Thanks to our partnership with Austrian Post, we also handle courier shipments within Austria and Hungary, as well as deliveries to partner locations in Austria. The time taken to receive your parcel may vary depending on the country of delivery. If the package is not received on time, it will be returned to the sender.

As part of the development of InPost's offer, we are planning to work on implementing a customer return service.

The expected delivery time is usually between 3 and 5 working days (counting from the next working day after the day of posting) and depends on the place of delivery. For details please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
