At present, business customers can send international parcels from InPost International to Parcel Lockers and parcel points in Italy, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal. In which language will the recipient receive the notifications? Expand more

We realise the importance of clear communication, which is why the recipient abroad will receive all the notifications in the language that is usually spoken in their country. Nothing changes on your side.

How do international returns work? Expand more

With the InPost International service, you will send parcels from Poland to Parcel Lockers and parcel points in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain and Portugal. The time taken to receive your parcel may vary depending on the country of delivery. If the package is not received on time, it will be returned to the sender.

As part of the development of InPost's offer, we are planning to work on implementing a customer return service.

What is the international delivery time? Expand more

The expected delivery time is usually between 3 and 5 working days (counting from the next working day after the day of posting) and depends on the place of delivery. For details please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
