How to collect a shipment from a Parcel Locker

It couldn't get any easier! Collecting with the app is the fastest and easiest way to pick up your parcel!

At the time of delivery to your Parcel Locker or App Parcel Locker, you will receive a notification in the application along with a collection code and a QR code.

Approach the Parcel Locker and select the option "Open the locker remotely" in shipment details in the InPost Mobile application. You don't have to confirm anything on the device screen! You can also scan the QR code in the Parcel Locker's scanner.

The locker will open, releasing your parcel. Take it out and confirm receipt in the app. All done! Don't forget to close the locker.

You will receive a notification when the parcel is delivered to your Parcel Locker or App Parcel Locker. It will contain a QR code and a pick-up code (6 digits).

All you have to do is bring the QR code received in the application or e-mail closer to the Parcel Locker's scanner. You can also collect the parcel by entering your phone number and the pick-up code (6 digits), which you will find in the e-mail, on the device's screen. After scanning the code, a locker containing your parcel will open. All done! Don't forget to close the locker.
