How to send a parcel to Poland from Spain?

Although Spain is a country where we are dynamically developing our business, it does not YET have a local version of our app. Currently, on the Iberian Peninsula (in Spain and Portugal) there are a total of 11,000 ParcelPoints (Punto Pack) and Paczkomat devices (Locker). The one closest to your location can be found at InPost.es/buscar-el-punto-pack-mas-cercano.

How to send a parcel to Poland from Spain?

Go to InPost.es*. If you have a user account, log in with your email address and password. Then select “Conectarse”.

*For people who do not know the local language, the browser function of translating pages may be helpful.

On the page, select the "Realiza un envío" tab (in English: send a parcel) or go directly to InPost.es/realiza-un-envio.

Provide basic information, i.e. the country (pais) to which you want to send the parcel and the weight (peso) of the parcel in kilograms.

Are you sending to Poland (Polonia)? It should look something like this:

After completing the weight, the site will automatically calculate the amount due in the local currency, i.e. Euro. The price (precio) includes insurance (compensación). You can then increase the value. The price for the parcel depends largely on its dimensions and weight.

Data of the recipient in Poland

In the Destinatario section, select the "Introduce la dirección de envío del destinatario" option. Fill in the necessary information on The Recipient (Apellidos = Last Name, Nombre = First Name, Dirección = Address, Código postal = Postal Code, Ciudad = Location), including a valid phone number and address.

Accept the privacy policy, select the Paczkomat device in Poland to which your parcel is to be delivered (search for it by postal code or city - the system will automatically show you nearby Paczkomat® machines or PUDO Points on the map) and click "Validar mi envío" (confirm the parcel).

Once all the data is filled in correctly, the system will take you to the page where you will complete the formalities.

Print the label - you can do it in the ParcelPoint (Punto Pack) or otherwise at the PUDO (Pick-Up, Drop-Off) - then stick it in a safe and visible spot. It is where all the key information is located.

If you are using the site for the first time, select “Crear una cuenta” (create an account). If you do not run a business the default "Particular" account applies to you.

In the form, enter:

• your email address,
• password, i.e. contraseña, consisting of a minimum of 8 characters, including at least 1: digit, special character (&@#!), uppercase and lowercase letters,
• your valid phone number with area code (PL) +48.

These data will only be used to protect your account and track your shipments.

Then review the attachments and accept:

• the privacy policy (la política de privacidad) – required, 
• General Terms of Use (las Condiciones Generales de Uso) and Data Protection Policy (la Política de confidencialidad) – required,
• a statement of the age of 16 or more – required,
• consent to receive information about InPost services - voluntary.

• You can print the label in the ParcelPoint (Punto Pack) or otherwise at the PUDO (Pick-Up, Drop-Off) point. Find the closest one at InPost.es/buscar-el-punto-pack-mas-cercano.
• Available payment methods include: Visa and Mastercard, Paypal.
• How to collect the parcel in Poland? As usual! Information about the parcel will appear in the InPost Mobile app, and the Recipient will receive a unique pin code from us to collect the parcel.
