At the end of the text, you can also ask them to give you a review or recommend your shop to their friends. A satisfied customer is the best advertising. 
A good shopping thank-you note - what should it contain?
A good thank-you note for an online shop should consist of two elements - text written from the heart and a design that is pleasing to the eye. An increasingly common practice is to personalise the leaf by addressing the shopper by name. A higher level is to write a thank-you note for a product purchase by hand. If you run a small shop, you might consider this. It is a good idea to add your named signature - this will give customers the feeling that they are dealing with a real person.
How do you design a good shopper thank-you card? An aesthetically pleasing card will not only catch the eye, but will also be more likely to ensure that the customer does not throw it away. With a nice graphic, it will decorate the fridge, for example, so that they will glance at your logo every day and not forget the product they bought.
While an artistic card is at a premium, remember that it should be consistent with your brand image. Ensure a consistent colour scheme and font. Ideally, use the colours you also use on your website and logo. If you had a graphic designer prepare the design for you, you probably have a brand book with specific shades and fonts designated. 
What else can be included in a thank you note for purchases?
The online shopping thank-you note should be concise and yet kind. Some shops include small gifts such as sweets with the purchased products. If you run a drugstore, add sample packs of other cosmetics. It's hard to think of a better way to encourage further purchases.
When you decide to add complimentary extras, you need to be aware that regular customers will get used to them. Therefore, remember to include them in your packages regularly. You can also ask on the order form what kind of gift the person is expecting. Some people don't eat sweets, so sending them sweets misses the point.
A discount on your next order will have just as good an effect. It doesn't have to be big - it's the gesture that counts. If you include a discount code on the thank-you note for the purchase, you increase the chances of the customer keeping the note.
Do you sell unusual products? Add instructions for use or storage to your order. Some companies also include information about the possibility of returning or exchanging products, but the effect may be to increase the frequency with which these options are used.
Thank you shopping - why is it so important?
Thanking a customer for a purchase seems like an insignificant detail, but in reality it is a thoughtful and effective marketing measure. It makes the buyer feel singled out, especially if the note is named or handwritten. A nice touch is the inclusion of the company owner's signature on the thank-you card.
Sending thank-you packages will help you to attract repeat customers. When building your brand, you should focus not only on attracting new people, but also on creating relationships with existing shoppers. Once they have received a thank you for their purchases from your shop, they are more likely to come back for another product and recommend you to friends.
A card with an aesthetically pleasing print and a few words of gratitude is an element that will positively distinguish your company from the competition. It will also help attract customers to your website and social media profiles. It won't take you long to prepare it and you can do it yourself. You will see that it is worth it!
