Install the InPost Mobile app, and you will automatically join the loyalty programme after registering and accepting the terms and conditions. You do not need to fill in anything. Accept the terms and conditions – and you are done. You are now a member of the programme and can gain even more!

The idea behind the entire programme is on collecting points called InCoins , which you can then exchange for available rewards from our extensive Rewards Catalogue. For example, you can choose discounts on various services , such as parcel delivery or extended parcel collection times, or discount vouchers for shops in the fashion, beauty, digital services and dietary services categories.

With the app, you can primarily open your locker and send or collect a parcel remotely – i.e. without using a code or approaching the Parcel Locker screen. But that's not all! With the app, you can extend the collection date of your parcel or redirect it to a Parcel Locker with just a few clicks, or make a quick return to the shop.

In the app, you can also monitor what is happening with your parcels on an ongoing basis. They are all in one place, you can constantly track their status and see where they are at any given moment. InPost Mobile users can also send parcels without a label, which is really convenient.

If you are unable to collect your parcel, a convenient solution is to share the parcel from app to app with a loved one who also uses InPost Mobile – then they can also open the Parcel Locker remotely. No copying codes, typing on screens or sending screenshots with QR codes.
