In other words, not everyone will see exactly the same tasks at the same time, nor will they have the opportunity to earn the same number of points. Quick Action tasks are assigned individually, so the best place to find information is in the Rewards → All Challenges section. There you’ll find full details of both the challenges available for a limited time and those that are always available. If you do not complete the required activity before the event ends, the opportunity to earn extra InCoins will simply be lost. Remember, too, that Quick Action challenges operate under different rules to the permanent ones. Here, there may be a points cap or additional conditions. In short – you never know how many InCoins there’ll be to earn. For many users, it’s precisely this element of uncertainty that’s the most exciting.

How can I make sure I don’t miss out on new challenges in the ‘Quick Action’ section of InPost Mobile?

It literally takes just a few seconds, so you can do it whenever you’re checking your emails or messages on messaging apps. It’s worth checking the Rewards → Your Challenges tab whenever you’re collecting or sending a parcel via the app.

It’s also a good idea to enable push notifications. If a new time-limited challenge appears, you’ll be notified straight away. To receive notifications about new tasks in the ‘Quick Action’ category, you must have given your marketing consent for this type of information.

Remember also to read the challenge descriptions carefully. It is not enough simply to notice that a new timed task has appeared; you must also complete it correctly. Each task includes a description specifying what actions need to be taken and the rules for awarding InCoins.
