They’re points in the InPost loyalty scheme, which you can redeem for rewards in the InPost Mobile app. Collecting or sending parcels is just the start of earning InCoins – there are even more opportunities to be found in the challenges available in the app. Find out where to look for them.

Challenges in the InPost Mobile app – permanent and temporary

If you want to collect InCoins and exchange them for rewards, you’ll need the InPost app. That’s where you’ll find the challenges, which earn you points when you complete them.

How does it work? It’s very simple. Open the InPost app; you’ll find the ‘Rewards’ tab on the bottom bar. Once you’ve clicked on it, scroll down and look for the ‘All Challenges’ button. These are divided into permanent challenges (Always in the game) and limited-time challenges (Quick action).

Challenges in the ‘Always in the Game’ category are available at all times and allow you to earn InCoins regularly for using InPost’s services. What’s more, you don’t need to search for or activate them in any way. It all happens automatically – for example, when you collect a parcel from a Paczkomat. Similarly, if you collect a parcel from a courier, you’ll earn points, though the number may vary. And when you’re not at home, you can have your parcel redirected to a Paczkomat, for which you’ll also earn extra InCoins.

The ‘Quick Action’ category works exactly as its name suggests. The challenges in this section are available for a limited time, so you’ll need to act quickly. What’s more, they can be personalised, so don’t compare your app with another user’s. If you want to collect InCoins quickly, check this section regularly.

• collection of a parcel via a parcel locker,
• collection of the parcel from the courier,
• purchases via Von Halski or InPost Pay,
• sending an international parcel from or to Poland via InPost,
• redirecting a courier parcel to a parcel locker,
• circulate,

InCoins in the InPost Mobile app practically accumulate on their own when you use InPost’s services. If you’d like to speed up this process, we’ve got a few useful tips for you.

Check for new challenges regularly

The ‘Quick Action’ section is for you, provided you check it regularly. That’s where you’ll find challenges that are available for a short time before they disappear. Make it a habit to check this section, and your InCoin balance is sure to start growing faster. It’s also worth enabling push notifications.

Combine several activities

If you send a parcel via a Paczkomat and, whilst you’re at it, collect a parcel in the same way, you’ll earn points for two challenges, even though you only visit the Paczkomat once. These are little things that won’t add to your daily routine, but will help you collect points faster. It really pays off!
