InBox Relaxation – what instant prizes await fans of relaxation and wellness?

The Relax InBox is one of four types of InBoxes into which all instant prizes have been divided.

This is a category for everyone who loves to take care of themselves. This is a range of accessories, cosmetics and vouchers promoting relaxation, rejuvenation and wellness. Ideal for fans of skincare, make-up and hairstyling.

How to exchange InCoins for InBox Relax in the InPost lottery?

Simply go to the Rewards tab and click Select InBox – then choose one of the four categories, including the Relaxation category described above. You can exchange 70 InCoins for one InBox. After moving on to the next screen, all you have to do is click the Get InBox button in the bottom right corner of the screen – done! You open your InBox and see if there is an instant prize waiting for you.

Collecting InCoins is very straightforward if you use the InPost app regularly. Send and receive parcels, pay with InPost Pay, shop with InPost Fresh and collect InCoins, which you can then exchange for more InBoxes in the Relax section or three others!

How long does the InPost lottery last?

The draw for the first main prize in the lottery is now behind us, and the next draws for the main prizes will take place on 12 January 2026 and 12 March 2026. Importantly, the tickets collected during the game accumulate, and each InBox purchased is one ticket in the main prize draws.

The number of Grand Prize draws you participate in depends on when you enter the lottery by purchasing your first InBox. You may participate in the draw for one, two, or three prizes, according to the scheme below.

a. Porsche Cayenne - if the tickets were collected between 1 September and 31 October 2025.

b. Flat in Gdańsk – if the tickets were collected between 1 September and 31 December 2025.

c. Living in Krakow – if the entries were collected between 1 September and 28 February 2026.

So, if you submitted your Application on 1 September 2025, your ticket will be entered into the draw for all three Main Prizes. If you submit your Application on 1 January 2026, your ticket will only be entered into the last draw, i.e. for the flat in Krakow.

How to participate in the InPost lottery and play for prizes?

The InPost lottery is already underway, and participating in it involves meeting a few very simple conditions. The first is to be an adult private individual. All you need to do is download the InPost Mobile app – free of charge – from Google Play or the App Store. Then register or log in and accept the terms and conditions of use for the app. Next, join the InPost loyalty programme. From now on, you can start collecting InCoins, which are loyalty points that we award for performing specific activities. This includes, for example, receiving or sending parcels via Paczkomat, shopping with InPost Fresh, or making payments with InPost Pay.

To join the InPost lottery, find the Rewards tab at the bottom of the screen after entering the app, open it and press the Enter the lottery button. You will need to fill out a short form and accept the lottery rules. Now you can also exchange InCoins collected in the programme for InBoxes and play for prizes!

By exchanging 70 InCoins for one of four themed InBoxes – Relaxation, Sport, Home, Glamour – you play for instant prizes in these categories.  

Each InBox is also a ticket in the main prize draws – in this edition, the prizes are a Porsche Cayenne, a flat in Gdańsk and a flat in Krakow! The number of Grand Prize draws you will participate in depends on when you submit your first Entry.
