What is the InPost loyalty scheme? Is it worth joining?
The InPost loyalty programme is a way of rewarding app users for regularly using our services. We value active and engaged users.
Points in the InPost loyalty programme, known as InCoins, are earned by carrying out everyday activities via the app and using InPost services. They are awarded, for example, for sending and collecting parcels, extending the collection period, and making purchases via InPost Pay. In a word – for everyday life.
In addition, the app features tasks for you to complete. These include ‘Always Available’ tasks – which are always accessible – and ‘Quick Actions’ – which have time limits. Quick Actions may vary depending on the InPost app user; they have a limited timeframe for completion, and completing them gives you the chance to earn extra InCoins. This means you can accumulate even more loyalty points in your account and, as a result, claim even more rewards.

What does the ‘Always in the Game’ section of the InPost loyalty programme include?
The ‘Always in the Game’ section in the InPost Mobile app contains a list of so-called permanent challenges – these are always available, and completing these tasks earns you a predetermined number of InCoins.
To access this section, open the InPost Mobile app, then tap the icon at the bottom featuring a trophy and the word ‘Rewards’. Find the ‘All Challenges’ button and see which ones you can complete.
The 'Always in Play' feature includes a list of available tasks that allow you to earn more points on a regular basis. These include, amongst other things, tasks such as collecting a parcel from a courier, redirecting a courier parcel to a Paczkomat parcel locker, or making purchases via InPost Pay.
You can find the full list of tasks in the InPost Mobile app – some of them can only be completed once, whilst others can be completed several times.
There are quite a few challenges in the InPost loyalty programme, and completing them can earn you a large number of InCoins, which you can then exchange for rewards. It’s worth checking it out regularly so you don’t miss out on the chance to earn InCoins.
How does the ‘Quick Action’ section work in the InPost loyalty programme?
At the top of the 'Your Challenges' tab, there is a section called 'Quick Action'. These are simply special tasks that appear from time to time, and they usually need to be completed quickly. To receive bonus InCoins, you must complete the task within a specific timeframe – so it’s worth checking the section regularly to stay up to date.
Some tasks are really quick, and you can score quite a lot of points! Remember that what you find in this tab may differ from the quick tasks available to other users – that’s part of the fun.

How do I earn points in the InPost loyalty scheme?
Standard tasks include sending a parcel via an InPost Parcel Locker, sending a parcel via a courier, and collecting a parcel from a Parcel Locker. You’ll also be rewarded for using InPost Pay when shopping, extending parcel collection deadlines, giving marketing consents, or adding a payment card to InPost Pay. Completing these tasks is simple and doesn’t require much effort on your part, and you’ll be rewarded with points.
The rewards are attractive – they include a range of discounts, for example at clothing and sports shops, as well as discounts on InPost services – sending and collecting parcels, and extending collection times. They also include vouchers for subscription services, such as audiobooks, as well as discounts on catering, concert tickets, limited-edition merchandise available exclusively through us, and many other services. You can find them all in the ‘Rewards’ tab in your InPost Mobile app.
