The InPost chatbot, well known to everyone as Mat, is a reliable tool that allows us to respond to our customers' queries in real time. With the help of Mat - InPost's brandhero - customers will receive quick and easy answers to their questions about parcels or our services, without having to wait for a phone call or an email reply back. Mat is at your service and is on fire to help you 😉.
InPost chatbot available on multiple channels
Mat is InPost's Chatbot, with which our customers can chat on multiple channels. The choice is yours! Chatbot Mat is available on Messenger, WhatsApp, Signal, the InPost.co.uk website and the InPost Mobile app . Mat speaks Polish, English and Ukrainian.
InPost chatbot - what can it do?
And what topics can Mat help with? This inconspicuous yellow character can really do a lot and knows the answer to many issues frequently raised by our customers.
The InPost chatbot can, among other things:
- check the status of your shipment,
- indicate the location of the Paczkomat® or PaczkoPunkt machine,
- provide the telephone number of the InPost Courier,
- re the collection code for the consignment,
- indicate the date when the parcel will be collected from the Parcel Machine,
- register a complaint,
- to take on board suggestions and ideas provided by our customers,
- accept a request for the return of an unused label,
- accept a report on any problems with the operation of the Parcel Machine®,
- accept notification of any problems with the operation of the InPost Mobile application,
- accept a request to add pick-up points or a permanent driveway (instructions from a business customer).
In addition to this, the InPost Chatbot will answer hundreds of questions about our services and easily redirect the request to the right people.

All our business customers can also make use of our sales Chatbot, which, after a thorough analysis of each customer's needs, will direct the conversation to a specific Advisor or answer all questions about cooperation itself.
