Changes to InPost regulations effective from 20 November 2025.

Dear Customer,
we would like to inform you that On 20 November 2025, we are updating the InPost International Price List for Business Customers. and Terms and Conditions of InPost International Services for Business Customers .
The main changes we are introducing:
- We are expanding InPost International's offer with two new destinations – Austria and Hungary. This gives you the opportunity to scale your business into new markets. We provide this service with a business partner. Austrian Post , which delivers parcels in Austria and Hungary. For parcels sent to these countries, we offer the following delivery methods:
- for packaging machines,
- to PUDO (Pick-Up, Drop-Off) points,
- and – for the first time as part of InPost International – courier delivery, i.e. directly to the recipient's address, as part of the InPost International Courier option .
Depending on the country of delivery, we distinguish between the following shipment parameters :
- Austria – delivery to parcel machines and PUDO points: maximum dimensions C (370 x 380 x 610 mm), maximum weight 25 kg;
- Austria – delivery via InPost Courier: maximum dimensions – 600 x 600 x 1000 mm (total length of sides ≤ 2200 mm, longest side ≤ 1000 mm), maximum weight 30 kg;
- Hungary – delivery to parcel machines and PUDO points: maximum dimensions C (390x380x600 mm), maximum weight 12 kg;
- Hungary – delivery via InPost courier: maximum dimensions – 500 x 500 x 1100 mm (total length of sides ≤ 2100 mm, longest side ≤ 1100 mm), maximum weight 30 kg.
In Hungary, we primarily offer courier delivery. . Deliveries to parcel machines and PUDO points will be introduced at a later date. We will inform you about their availability in a separate communication.
- As part of the delivery in the option InPost International courier We provide, among other things:
- notifying the recipient of the planned delivery date of the shipment;
- the possibility for the recipient to redirect a courier parcel before it is delivered;
- the possibility of storing notified parcels for up to 14 calendar days in the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
