What happens if the recipient does not collect a shipment from the InPost Quick Send service?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have changed the rules for collecting parcels from Parcel Lockers.

All shipments ordered to Parcel Lockers wait to be picked up for 48 hours. Without prior deadline extension, it is not possible to collect the parcel after the deadline - after this time, all uncollected parcels are sent to the local InPost Branch (as before) and returned directly to the Sender at their expense.

The above change means that we suspend sending and collecting parcels at our Service Points located at local InPost branches. Sending and collecting parcels is possible at Parcel Lockers, at partner PUDO points, and directly with a courier. You can also ship parcels safely from Parcel Lockers using the Quick Send service or via the Parcel Manager.
