How to send a parcel to Poland from the Netherlands?
In the Netherlands, we operate under the brand – Mondial Relay. Currently, there are 1,000 ParcelPoints (Afhaalpunten®) in the country. The one closest to your location can be found at MondialRelay.nl/het-afhaalpunt-vinden-vlak-bij.
How to send a parcel to Poland from the Netherlands?
Go to MondialRelay.nl*. If you have a user account, log in with your email address and password. Then select “Inloggen”.
*For people who do not know the local language, the browser function of translating pages may be helpful.
On the page, select the "Pakket verzenden" tab (in English: send a parcel) or go directly to MondialRelay.nl/pakket-verzenden.
Provide basic information, i.e. the country (land) to which you want to send the parcel and the weight (gewicht) of the parcel in kilograms.
Are you sending to Poland (Polen)? It should look something like this:
After completing the weight, the site will automatically calculate the amount due in the local currency, i.e. Euro. The price (prijs) includes insurance (een vergoeding). You can then increase the value. The price for the parcel depends largely on its dimensions and weight.
Data of the recipient in Poland
In the De geadresseerde section, select the "Ik voer de gegevens van de ontvanger in" option. Fill in the necessary information on the Recipient (Naam = Last Name, Voornaam = First Name, Stad = Location), including a valid phone number and address.

Select the Paczkomat device in Poland to which your parcel is to be delivered [search for it by postal code or city - the system will automatically show you nearby Paczkomat devices and ParcelPoints (Afhaalpunten®) on the map and click "Mijn zending bevestigen" (confirm the parcel).
Once all the data is filled in correctly, the system will take you to the page where you will complete the formalities.
Print the label and pay attention to stick it in a safe and visible spot. It is where all the key information is located.

If you are using the site for the first time, select “Een account aanmaken” (create an account). If you do not run a business the default "Bijzonder" account applies to you.
In the form, enter:
- your email address,
- password, i.e. Wachtwoord, consisting of a minimum of 8 characters, including at least 1: digit, special character (&@#!), uppercase and lowercase letters,
- your valid phone number with area code (PL) +48.
These data will only be used to protect your account and track your shipments.
Then review the attachments and accept:
- General Terms of Use (de Algemene Gebruiksvoorwaarden) and Privacy Policy (de Privacybeleid) – required,
- a statement of the age of 16 or more – required,
- consent to receive information about InPost Netherlands services - voluntary.
Click the "Ik maak mijn account aan" button.

- Available payment methods include: Visa and Mastercard, Paypal, IDeal.
- How to collect the parcel in Poland? As usual! Information about the parcel will appear in the InPost Mobile app, and the Recipient will receive a unique pin code from us to collect the parcel.
