How do I receive an invoice for shipments generated in the Parcel Manager?

Every Sender using the Parcel Manager has the option of receiving a VAT invoice.

For this purpose, a customer who has a pre-paid account is obliged to check the Invoice option in the Parcel Manager before topping up the account. If the option has not been selected and the customer wants to receive an invoice, please contact us at the email address faktura.elektroniczna@grupainteger.pl.

A VAT invoice will be issued and sent by the Operator by e-mail by the 10th day of the following month.

In other cases (debit account) a VAT invoice will be issued in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
