How do I create an order for courier pick-up in the Parcel Manager?

Allegro shipments

You can order an InPost courier to collect parcels only for shipments for which the method of dispatch has been defined as "I will create a collection order - the parcel will be picked up by a courier".

In the Allegro> Shipments tab, select the parcels to be picked up by a courier and click the ORDER COURIER button.
After you click on it, a window will appear where you can select a pick-up point and add any additional information for the courier.
A generated order is available in the tab ALLEGRO MY RECEPTION ORDERS.

Parcel Lockers

You need to add a new pick-up point to be able to order pick-up by courier. You can do it in the tab MY ACCOUNT> NEW PICK-UP POINT.

Go to the SEND SHIPMENTS tab

Fill in the required data and select CREATE PICK-UP ORDER - THE SHIPMENT WILL BE PICKED UP BY AN INPOST COURIER

Choose one of the options:

Prepare

The label can be found in the My Shipments tab. By selecting this option, you can edit the data at any time, as well as generate or cancel the label.

Go to the MY SHIPMENTS tab. To print the label, select the prepared shipments and click PAY, then select ACTIONS and select ORDER COURIER for the selected shipment.

Pay for, print, and send

The label will be generated and ready for printing. Remember that if you choose this option, you will not be able to change the data on the label any more.
