Expecting an InPost courier but nevertheless won't be at home? No problem! We know that plans can change dynamically and we have a solution for that - Dynamic Parcel Redirection. Thanks to this service you will be able to change your parcel collection location quickly, conveniently and free of charge.
Can a courier parcel be redirected?
Of course! Redirect your courier parcel to where you want it:
- to a Paczkomat® InPost machine of your choice,
- to Parcel Point,
- to a neighbour.
It's all up to you! 😊
How do I reroute an InPost parcel?
The fastest way to use the parcel redirection service is through the InPost Mobile app. All you have to do is click on the button in the tracking list or in the shipment details. "Redirect" at the courier of your choice and then select your new preferred delivery option. And you're done!
Don't have the InPost Mobile app? Parcel redirection is still possible! In an email or SMS message you will find a unique link that will take you to a special page where you can redirect your courier parcel.

Remember.
- Only parcels that meet certain criteria, such as the completeness of contact details to the recipient and size limits - the dimensions of your parcel cannot exceed the C size - can be redirected to a Paczkomat® InPost machine.
- redirection is only possible for courier parcels that have already set out and have not received a final status (e.g. "delivered"),
- You can even redirect the parcel if a notification has already been sent!
