You won't be at home? Redirect your courier parcel and choose a Parcel Machine!

Waiting for a courier parcel, but already know you won't be home on a particular date? Thanks to Dynamic Parcel Redirection, you can collect your parcel via Parcel Machine, from a Parcel Point or simply from a neighbour when it's convenient for you!

What is Dynamic Parcel Redirection?

Dynamic Redirection is a free functionality for Recipients, which makes it possible to redirecting a courier parcel to:

• a nearby Parcel Machine,
• Parcel Point,
• to any address in the street you originally chose (to a neighbour).

This is an ideal option for those customers who are waiting for a courier InPost, but they already know that they will not be at the address where they ordered the parcel on the expected delivery date.

How do I reroute an InPost parcel?

Wondering how to use this option? The quickest way is to do it from the level of the InPost Mobile application . In the tracking list or in the shipment details, click on the "Redirect" button next to the selected courier parcel and then select your new preferred delivery option.

Don't have an application? Dynamic Parcel Redirection is still possible. You will receive an email and/or SMS from us containing a unique link that will take you to a special page where you redirect your courier parcel.

Remember that redirection is possible even at the stage when the parcel has already set off with the courier and when you receive an advice note! Redirected to a Parcel Machine can be only those parcels that meet certain criteria among other things, size - your parcel must fit into the box in the Parcel Machine, i.e. it must have dimension A, B or C and you weigh no more than 25 kg. Remember to include your telephone number so that you can collect your parcel via Parcel Machine.
