On 10.04.2023 (Easter Monday) , during the hours of 06:00-17:00 (11 hours) InPost plans to maintenance work . Despite the work being carried out, the entire it will be possible to pick up parcels from Parcel Machines® using a pick-up code and QR code , however, there may be interruptions in the ability to open the box remotely using the InPost Mobile app.
In addition, we would like to inform you that during this service interruption will not be Extended validity periods for return codes and collection codes for parcels placed in Paczkomat® machines.
Below is a detailed description of the impact of the works on our services - please read it carefully.
It will work:
- It will be possible selecting Parcel Machine® as a delivery option
from the list of devices available on the displayed map; - It will be possible generation of return codes for Allegro shipments;
- They will be sent SMS/e-mail/Push messages to customers/recipients;
- Will be updated shipment statuses on the website, the InPost Mobile app and the WebTrucker platform;
- Will be available Customer complaint form on inpost.co.uk;
- It will be possible QlikView report generation;
- It will work Office24 service;
- Customer Service Centre will work 8:00-16:00.
There may be short-term interruptions in opportunities:
- Creating, sending, paying for and redirecting courier and parcel shipments sent by Parcel Machines®, as well as at Parcel Post Offices (POP or PaczkoPunkt);
- Paying for parcels on delivery via PayByLink and Blik;
- Generation of labels for parcels - Courier and parcels - Parcel Machine®;
- Use of the InPost Lodkomat service.
