• pack the goods, remove the previous label and write the return number on the package ;

• Go to the nearest Parcel Machine or Appkomat;

• in the InPost Mobile application, go to the returns section and to the details of the returned parcel, and then select the option Open the locker remotely or scan the QR code with the parcel machine's reader, or enter the sending code on the screen;

• place the parcel in the box, close the door and confirm the return on the app or on the machine screen.

Done! Just remember that sellers generally wish you to return the product in its original packaging. If you don't have it, you can send the goods in another box, as the article is the subject of the contract, not the cardboard or foil in which it was sent.

We encourage you to review the boxes you have at home beforehand. By reusing the parcels you will be more eco-friendly! However, remember that the packaging must not be damaged and should fit the size and weight of the product.

As you can see, this way of returning goods is very simple. The only thing you should still be aware of is the following. maximum dimensions and package weights. We determined these according to the depth, height and width of the locker:

• 4 cm x 23 cm x 40 cm and 3 kg for mini parcels ;

• 8 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm in 25 kg for small consignments ;

• 19 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm and 25 kg for medium parcel shipments ;

• 41 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm and 25 kg when shipped to large pakune k.
