New design of the InPost Kurier label

Dear Customer,

we announce that as of 29.02.2024 r. introduce changes for InPost Courier labels. This is the final stage of our implementation of the single label standard of which The result will be even safer and more efficient sorting and delivery of your parcels.

These changes only apply to labels generated via the API and the WebTrucker platform ( https://kurier.inpost.pl ) as part of the services InPost Courier Standard, InPost Courier Delivery by 10:00, Courier Delivery by 12:00, Courier Delivery by 17:00, Pallet Standard. The changes apply to all label formats.

The main label changes we have implemented:

• addition of DataMatrix code which includes the tracking number of the consignment,
• inclusion in the central area of information critical to the correct processing of the parcel, such as: DataMatrix code and recipient's data - The centre of the label is least likely to be damaged,
• inclusion of information on selected additional services (e.g. Parcel on Weekend, COD - cash on delivery) under the top bar of the label,
• deletion of information on purchased service " Additional protection " and replacing the name " Download " abbreviated " COD ",
• deletion of data not affecting the processing of the parcel, such as: micro address, recipient's e-mail address, sorting office/sub-sorting office code, parcel type, overall weight, parcel dimensions, parcel weight verification information, label print date, payer's data, information about sending the parcel in a Parcel Machine®.

If you generate labels from WebTrucker or the API, the label design change will occur automatically. You already have the option to generate and test new label designs on the test environment in the API and in the test client tool WebTrucker .
