According to research conducted by Kantar, as many as 94% of respondents choose Paczkomat®️ InPost when shopping online as their delivery method, and as many as 81% is the NPS indicator for the Parcel Machine sending and receiving service, having increased by 6 p.p. year-on-year!
InPost, with its network of Paczkomat® devices, is steadily strengthening its position as the leader in logistics services for e-commerce in Poland. This is confirmed by the results of the latest survey conducted by Kantar among Polish Internet users. Paczkomat® InPost is not only the preferred way of sending and receiving parcels, but also enjoys the greatest trust among customers. InPost parcel machines are appreciated for their innovation and ease of use. In addition, according to a survey, as many as 85% of Internet users consider Paczkomat® to be the most environmentally friendly form of delivery.
One of the elements determining success in e-commerce is taking into account the customers' preferred form of delivery and shipment in the logistics process. A survey conducted by Kantar among Internet users shows that as many as 94% of respondents considered Paczkomat® InPost to be their preferred method of collecting their parcel. Additionally, when it comes to sending parcels, 4 out of 5 (82%) respondents indicated Paczkomat® as their preferred form - a result 2 p.p. better than the survey conducted last year. In addition, the InPost brand, as well as the machines themselves, are highly trusted by the people surveyed. The value of the NPS index, which determines the level of trust and satisfaction with the service in the case of Paczkomat® machines, is 81% and is higher than last year's result by as much as 6 p.p. This data confirms InPost's position both as a leader and its lovebrand status on the market of logistics services for e-commerce in Poland, with 85% of respondents declaring their liking for the brand (an increase of 9 p.p.). This is also followed by the high recognition of the company itself, which is spontaneously recognised by as many as 8 out of 10 Polish internet users and 97% after a small hint. In the consciousness of almost half of the respondents (48%), InPost is a Top of Mind (TOM) brand, i.e. it is their first choice. The Kantar survey was conducted in December 2022, during the period of increased parcel collection and dispatch. Such high consumer ratings confirm the quality of InPost's services and their attachment to the brand.

The successful execution of our tasks has resulted in an increase in loyalty to our brand compared to last year by as much as 6 p.p. to 81%. The survey, which was carried out by the independent research agency Kantar, was conducted using the CAWI method, in December 2022 on a representative group of 1,000 online shoppers in Poland.
