The NPS indicator for services provided via Parcel Machine® continues to be very high at 80 points

According to the latest research by Kantar - an international research agency - as many as 94% of Polish Internet users shopping online choose Paczkomat® InPost as their delivery method and 85% as their shipping method. In addition, 82% of respondents consider Paczkomat® InPost to be the most environmentally friendly delivery method. InPost is also the best recognised parcel delivery brand - it received as many as 98% of indications. Willingness to recommend Paczkomat® InPost devices - the NPS indicator - reached as high as 80 points.

Respondents indicate that InPost uses modern online and mobile solutions (80%) and delivers parcels on time (79%). Furthermore, 77% of internet users declare that they like the InPost brand and 76% recognise it as a successful brand in the market.

Also according to the Gemius report from H2 2023, InPost scores highest among logistics companies. In the Gemius study, as many as 95% of people who shop online and order parcel machine deliveries indicate the possibility to collect their parcel via Paczkomat® InPost as the most motivating factor for shopping. Still, Paczkomat® InPost is also the most frequently selected form of shopping delivery - it is chosen by as many as 93% of those ordering to a parcel machine.

When it comes to returns, internet users prefer free dispatch by parcel machine - here, too, a clear preference for the Paczkomat® InPost service was recorded at 89%.

InPost is the winner of the Polish edition of the Best Brands Award - it was awarded in the Best Life Changing Technology Brand category for innovations and solutions that have changed consumers' lives, making life more convenient and enjoyable.

In addition, InPost was the winner of as many as 4 awards at the Mobile Trends Awards 2022 in 2023 and thus became the most awarded company in this prestigious competition. InPost won a statuette in the "Services" category for the development of the InPost Mobile application, and was additionally honoured with special awards from Internet users and the social organisation "Widzialni".
