The revolutionary InPost Pay service is gaining recognition among customers, with 7.5 million registered users already taking advantage of the faster and easier online shopping experience, which has been implemented by more than 1,600 e-commerce retailers. The first e-commerce shop to introduce the InPost Pay service into its mobile app is the Media Expert chain.

InPost Pay provides an easy and intuitive purchasing process that eliminates the main difficulties of e-commerce in Poland. When making a purchase, all you have to do is select the "Add to InPost Pay basket" option and then go to the InPost Mobile app to finalise the purchase. The app will automatically suggest your preferred delivery method and payment method - you only need to specify them once, during registration. In addition, all order information will be available in one place.

InPost Pay is a service that can be implemented in almost any online shop, with the aim of shortening the customer's purchase path and reducing the risk of shopping basket abandonment. The service increases basket conversion by up to 30-70%, depending on the industry1, and additionally helps to acquire new customers. Nearly 85% of InPost Pay users represent a new customer group for e-commerce partners2 - out of the millions using InPost services.

According to the latest research by Kantar - an international research agency - InPost is the best recognised parcel delivery brand - it received as much as 99% of indications. In addition, 93% of Polish Internet users shopping online choose Paczkomat InPost as their delivery method and 85% as their shipping method. Meanwhile, 83% of respondents consider Paczkomat InPost to be the most environmentally friendly delivery method. Willingness to recommend Paczkomat InPost devices - the NPS indicator - reached a level as high as 77 points.
