InPost's revolutionary service can increase shopping conversions and reduce abandoned baskets by up to 70%

Already 1.5 million users are using the innovative InPost Pay service, which combines payment and delivery with a single button - available both on the product card and in the shopping cart. InPost Pay also shortens the entire shopping process to a few tens of seconds, while retaining the seller's ability to cross-sell and loyalise customers.

InPost Pay offers a simple, one-click shopping process that eliminates the main difficulties of e-commerce in Poland. The solution increases purchase conversion and reduces the number of abandoned baskets by up to 30-70%, depending on the industry in which the seller operates, additionally helping to acquire new customers. Nearly 85% of InPost Pay users represent a new group of customers for e-commerce partners - out of the millions using InPost services. During the shopping process, all you have to do is select the option "Create a shopping cart with InPost Pay" and then go to InPost Mobile to finalise your purchase. The app will automatically suggest your preferred delivery method and payment method - you only need to specify them once during registration. In addition, all order information will be available in one place.

Based on a statistical analysis conducted on a sample of thousands of InPost Pay transactions, we can already conclude that we increase purchase conversion by up to 30-70% - depending on the industry and the way the e-shop operates.
