More well-known brands join InPost Pay

Already 3 million users are using the innovative InPost Pay service, which combines payment and delivery with a single button - available both on the product card and in the shopping cart. Well-known brands are steadily joining InPost Pay, and the service is currently available to customers of Ochnik, Ryłko, DeeZee, Komputronik, XGSM, North, Gandalf, Tania Książka, Tantis, Matfel, eZebra, eMelissa, Tagomago or Big Ben, among others.

InPost Pay increases shopping conversion and reduces abandoned baskets by up to 30-70%, depending on the industry, and additionally helps to acquire new customers. Nearly 85% of InPost Pay users represent a new customer group for e-commerce partners - out of the millions using InPost's services. InPost Pay enables easy integration with popular open source platforms for online shops - PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento.

- InPost Pay is much more than a payment - it's the whole process in one button. All shopping stages, shopping baskets from different shops, payments, deliveries, statuses and notifications are in one app - InPost Mobile. Implementing InPost Pay in an online shop shortens the shopping path, because customers register only once and buy from multiple shops without logging in, they have their favourite form of payment and delivery memorised. What's more, if a customer abandons their shopping cart - they will be reminded. InPost Pay responds to the needs of the e-shopper, i.e. minimum formalities, fast and intuitive shopping. The InPost Pay service is aimed at all individual and business customers who want to shop online even faster and more conveniently. In particular, to customers who prefer to shop without logging in as a 'guest'. Our service will help them to avoid filling out long forms for such purchases and will do it 'for them', reducing the whole process to a necessary minimum. - underlines Szymon Wallach, vice-president of digital and strategy at InPost.

InPost Pay offers the most popular payment methods - such as VISA and Mastercard payments including, Google Pay or Apple Pay and BLIK. The user can also easily choose the most convenient form of delivery - to a Paczkomat® machine, a PUDO point or by courier.

InPost Pay shortens the purchasing process to a few tens of seconds, while maintaining the seller's ability to cross-sell and loyalise customers. InPost Pay offers a simple, one-click shopping process that eliminates the main difficulties of e-commerce in Poland. The app will automatically suggest the preferred delivery method and payment method - you only need to specify them once during registration. In addition, all order information will be available in one place.

InPost Pay has been awarded at the Mobile Trends Awards 2023 - winning a statuette in the Fintech category, and in the main category, the competition jury awarded the app second place. InPost Pay is also this year's winner in the Cashless Pay poll - as the most interesting payment project of 2023. InPost Pay is the winner of the eDucat award in the New Product Changing the Cashless Payment Market category awarded by the Chapter of the 12th Cashless Congress, and one of the finalists of the European Fintech Awards in the Paytech of the Year category.
