Shipping a small parcel, or what kind of parcel? Dimensions

The mini parcel service at InPost is a way to send small items. The maximum parcel size we accept for this service is 4 cm deep, 23 cm wide, 40 cm long.

We have also set the minimum size of the parcel at 4 cm x 10 cm x 15 cm (analogous for depth, width and length). However, irrespective of the size of the item to be sent, the parcel weight limit is 3 kg.

How do I send a small parcel?

The option of sending a parcel in the smallest size available in a Parcel Machine is only available in the InPost Mobile application. When you enter the app menu, you will notice that we offer two methods of sending parcels. One is the Parcel Machine, from which you will send items to another machine. The other option is to place the parcel in the machine, which our courier will deliver directly to the recipient.

What can be sent in the Mini parcel service?

With our service, you can send really small items. With InPost Mobile you can send, for example:

• documents;
• notebooks and books;
• items of clothing, e.g. gloves;
• everyday objects, e.g. glasses;
• small electronics and accessories - smartwatch, charger, smartphone case;
• CDs and computer games;
• puzzle in the clock;
• small games, e.g. card games.

How do I pack a small parcel for shipping?

Shipping a small parcel requires you to select a package as large as possible to fit the items inside. We recommend filling any empty spaces for safety reasons. Finally, it remains to seal the opening of the package.

We encourage you to use natural materials such as wood wool to fill the box and paper tape to seal it. You will be doing nature even more of a favour if you use previously used cardboard and filler. However, these must not be damaged.

Sending a mini parcel is very easy. To do this, enter the InPost Mobile application. Then select the Send parcel option.

Want to send a small parcel as cheaply as possible? The price for sending a parcel depends on the size. This means that the smallest size is the cheapest. Sending a small parcel is only a few steps:

1. Select the Parcel Post section.
2. Select Mini as the shipment size.
3. Enter the recipient's details, i.e. first name, last name, telephone number and e-mail address.
4. Go to the Parcel Machine/Parcel Point section.
5. Mark the pick-up location on the map or enter the address manually.
6. Confirm the reception location using the Select and Next buttons.
7. Enter your details.
8. Select a payment method.
9. Proceed to pay for the Mini parcel.

Wondering how to send a parcel by courier? It's very easy! In the first step, select the Parcel Home option. After a few more steps, you will reach the section where you enter the address of the parcel recipient.
