At this amount, we will transport a parcel whose sum of three sides (length, height and depth) is maximum 160 cm and whose weight is 10 kg.

In addition, we offer a Courier24 service. Its cost is at most PLN 14.99 for a prepaid parcel or a maximum of PLN 17.45 if the seller chooses to pay on delivery, i.e. a cash on delivery parcel. The sum of the three sides of the parcel can be 160 cm and the weight 30 kg.

Parcel machine - shipping rules and costs on Allegro Locally

If the merchant has chosen a Parcel Machine, you can also opt for one of the two forms of payment. Paying in advance will cost you no more than PLN 10.95. If you opt for payment on delivery, the maximum cost for shipping is PLN 15.39.

Our cooperation with Allegro includes shipping products as part of the Allegro Smart service. It will be used by those who buy items from you with a value of at least PLN 45. Purchasers who opt for this form of delivery will have their order sent by Paczkomat.

How do I send a parcel with Allegro Locally?

A variety of shipping options and an attractive price list go hand in hand with easy shipping. To do so, all you need to do is:

1. you will be taken to the dispatch form;
2. you indicate the size and weight of your order;
3. you select one of the options (courier or Parcel Post);
4. you enter delivery costs - equal to our maximum prices or lower;
5. you enter other data, such as the delivery address and type of offer;
6. you print and stick the label on the package;
7. go to the Parcel Machine of your choice;
8. after following the instructions displayed on the machine's screen, you will place the package inside.

You can earn even faster and more from your sales. Ads placed on Allegro Lokalnie will also appear on allegro.pl. This advantage cannot be underestimated, as the offers available on the latter portal do not appear on Allegro Lokalnie.

What's more, Allegro allows products to be sold abroad. International shipment will reach the customer thanks to InPost. With our help, you will deliver your order to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Buyers from these countries can collect goods at pick-up points and machines of the local courier operator.

Allegro Locally - how long to ship?

The time for shipping products from Allegro Locally will be shown in the My Purchases section as soon as the order has been paid for. Allegro Locally shows the following messages:

• Immediately - if there is a sale by e-mail or self-collection;
• today, tomorrow or the day after tomorrow - if the expected delivery date is up to 2 working days;
• delivery date - when the scheduled arrival time of the consignment is 2-7 working days;
• number of days - if the product arrives in more than 7 working days.

The delivery times quoted by Allegro Locally apply to all forms of posting. That is why it is worth choosing InPost services. It usually takes 1-2 days from the moment the parcel is posted to its delivery.

The waiting period may change due to random reasons. Furthermore, it applies to the dispatch of orders from Allegro Locally via Parcel Machine and onwards to further machines or to the addresses indicated.

How do I track a parcel?

If you wish to check the status of your parcel, you can either access your Allegro account or use the InPost website and app. Although the delivery time should be the same in all cases, we stipulate that we have no influence on possible discrepancies between the information provided by us and Allegro.

Tracking a shipment on an Allegro user profile

Checking the status of an order requires:

1. enter your Allegro account (there are no separate profiles for those using Allegro Locally);
2. selecting the Purchase details option (only in the app);
3. click on the My Purchases tab (on your computer under My Shipments);
4. find the order and expand the delivery details section.

Tracking your parcel on the InPost website and in the InPost Mobile app

You will find out where your order is currently located by going to inpost.co.uk/tracking-postal. Then enter the parcel number and click Find. If you prefer to use the app, go to:

1. Herring options;
2. Receive or transmit section;
3. bookmark the package whose status interests you.
