Enter!InCoins are loyalty points that you can collect in the InPost Mobile app when using InPost services, and then exchange for rewards.
You earn InCoins by using InPost services, for example, by picking up or sending parcels. A full list of available services for which you can earn InCoins can be found in the InPost app, in the Rewards tab. InCoins can be used for 2 years from the date of receipt.
You can check the history of all InCoins earned and spent in the “InCoin History” tab. You will find it at the bottom of the main screen, after entering the “Rewards” tab.
You can find the current list of services for which you can receive InCoins in the “Your Challenges” tab. In the “Always in the game” section, you will find permanent challenges with a specific number of InCoins to earn. In the “Quick action” section, you will find temporary, additional challenges assigned specifically to you — if there are no such challenges at the moment, this section may be empty.
Yes, some challenges have limits, i.e., a maximum number of completed challenges for which you will receive InCoins. This means that once you reach the limit, you can still use the service, but it will not be rewarded with InCoins. Detailed information about the limits can be found in the description of each challenge available in your account.
If you have used the InPost service, i.e., completed any regular or extra challenge, and have not received any InCoins, check whether you have exceeded the limit assigned to a given challenge. Detailed information on the rules for awarding InCoins and limits can be found in the description of each challenge. You can check the number of completed tasks for which we have awarded InCoins in the “InCoin history” tab.
InCoins are assigned exclusively to the phone number (InPost Mobile app account) provided during the purchase. This means that InCoins will be credited to the account of the person whose number was used when placing the order, regardless of who ultimately picks up the parcel. Sharing the package from app to app will also not change the assignment - InCoins will be credited to the account associated with the phone number used to place the order.
You will receive InCoins after creating a shipment in the InPost Mobile app or on the szybkienadania.pl website, and then placing the parcel in a locker. When generating a shipment on the szybkienadania.pl website, enter the phone number associated with the InPost Mobile app so that we can credit you with InCoins.
You will receive InCoins only for shipments created in the InPost Mobile app (under the “Send” tab) or on the szybkienadania.pl website. If you send parcels using labels generated by sales services, InCoins will not be credited.
Select a reward for which you have enough InCoins. You can only claim one reward per transaction. Confirm your selection, and if you would like to receive the reward by email, enter your email address. You will find the reward you have claimed in the “My Rewards” section and in your email inbox, at the address you provided when exchanging InCoins. It will usually be in the form of a code that you can copy.
All available rewards can be found in the “Rewards Catalog” tab. At the top of the screen, you can select the reward category you are interested in or select the ‘all’ option. If you have enough InCoins, you will see an active “Select” button in the details of a given reward.
Check if you have enough InCoins to exchange them for the reward you are interested in. If you do not have enough InCoins, the “Select” button in the reward details will not be active.
Challenges are all the activities you can perform using InPost services to earn InCoins.
The “Always in the Game” section contains a list of permanent challenges that are always available and for which a predetermined number of InCoins are awarded upon completion.
The “Quick Action” section presents extra challenges for which you can earn additional InCoins. These challenges are available for a limited time, have a deadline, and may vary depending on the InPost app user.
If we haven't sent you an additional challenge, the “Quick Action” section will be empty. However, remember that you can still earn InCoins by completing permanent challenges from the “Always in the Game” section. Check regularly to see if any extra challenges have appeared in your account. If you have given your marketing consent, we will notify you about this in a PUSH message.
