Benefits for e-commerce sellers

You can send up to 50 kg

Thanks to our courier service you can send packages weighing up to 50 kg. If you exceed this limit, we will treat your parcel as a palette shipment. Parcels exceeding actual weight of 30 kg or with dimensions classifying it as a volumetric or long parcel require prior confirmation by phone of the possibility of collection and delivery in the domestic service.

Dynamic redirecting

If we are unable to deliver the Shipment successfully, we make another attempt to deliver it on the next day or, with the recipient's consent, forward it to the nearest Parcel Service Point. The recipient of the parcel can also use the free option of dynamic parcel redirection to a Parcel Locker, Parcel Service Point, or to a neighbour.

Continuous collection of shipments

We collect parcels from institutional clients 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday, until 17:00. We are efficient and energetic - we usually deliver parcels to the recipient's door on the next day!
