Providing data for the payment of compensation will allow us to settle your damage faster if the complaint is accepted.

Confirmation of the value of the goods - please attach a document confirming the value of the goods
Confirmation of the value of the goods - this is a document confirming the real value of the goods shipped. It can be, for example: a VAT invoice, a screenshot of a completed sales auction, or another proof of a purchase and sale agreement. If the shipment was not of a commercial nature (i.e. it did not contain goods previously purchased, e.g. in an online store) - a statement of the Addressee or the Sender regarding the content of the shipment should be submitted. At the same time, we would like to inform you that failure to attach the indicated documentation may extend the time of considering the complaint.
