Become a bone marrow donor. Send the pack back to the DKMS Foundation via a Parcel Locker

It only takes a few minutes. You can now send your DKMS Foundation registration pack conveniently via a Parcel Locker – no need to print a label or queue. 📦

Every day, you do hundreds of little things. What if one of them could give someone the chance of a new life? The DKMS Foundation Since 2008, it has been connecting patients with blood cancers with potential bone marrow donors. A single match can make a world of difference.

Become a potential bone marrow donor

Registering with the DKMS Foundation’s database requires no special preparation. All you need to do is fill in a short form on the website dkms.pl/zarejestruj-sie-teraz. The Foundation will send it to you within a week free registration pack:

• three swabs for taking an oral swab (including the packaging),
• registration form,
• leaflet,
• a return envelope.

You can return the parcel quickly and free of charge via a parcel locker.

Once your swab has been sent off and tested, the results will be entered into the global donor database, where they will await a ‘match’ – that is, a genetic twin.

Return your parcel via a Parcel Locker free of charge

First, put the chopsticks in the packaging, then place them, together with the completed form, in the return envelope.

Posting via the app

1. Open the InPost Mobile app and select: “Send or return”, and then “Return”.
2. Go to the ‘’ sectionRefund to the DKMS Foundation”.
3. Select the “ buttonReturn the parcel” and fill in the short returns form.
4. Check the details and click “Next”, to approve the refund.

All done! The screen will display consignment code – use it to open the device’s locker. You can also use the QR code or the ‘Open locker remotely’ feature available in the parcel details in your app.

Posting outside the app

1. Visit the website SzybkieZwroty.pl.
2. Select from the list The DKMS Foundation.
3. Please complete the returns form.
4. Accept the Terms and Conditions and select “Confirm”, to approve the refund.

All done! You can find the details, including the tracking number, in the email confirming your return, which has been sent to the email address you provided.
