Your parcel should be assigned one of the following statuses on Saturday 29 August, by the cut-off times:
- “Collected by courier” – the parcel has been collected by a courier and is on its way to an InPost branch, from where it will continue its journey.
- “Dispatched via Paczkomat” – the parcel has been sent by the sender and will be with you very soon.
If the parcel’s status in the app is ‘Parcel created’ or ‘Being prepared’, please contact the shop. It is possible that the shop has prepared your parcel but has not handed it over to the courier or posted it themselves. In this case, the parcel may not reach you before 1 September.

This means that parcels will be delivered via the Paczkomat parcel locker by Monday 31 August at the latest.

If this is not possible, they will be delivered by alternative means, agreed on a case-by-case basis with the recipient, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
10. Does the delivery guarantee also cover oversized parcels (those where the sender has incorrectly declared the parcel’s dimensions or weight)?

If a parcel was posted and received by Saturday, 29 August, by 12:00, or in some areas even by 16:00*, it will have one of the following statuses:
- ‘Collected by the courier’ – when the sender handed the parcel directly to the courier,

13. To ensure my parcel is delivered on 31 August, what is the latest I can book a courier? Does the time the order is generated count, or the time the courier collects the parcel?
To ensure delivery before 1 September, parcels should be posted by 12:00 on Saturday 29 August at the latest, and in some areas even by 4.00 pm. The cut-off time depends on the area (postcode) where your Paczkomat® is located. As follows:
Zone A – cut-off time: 4.00 pm,

This applies to both parcels posted via a Paczkomat and those collected by a courier. What counts is the actual time the parcel was posted in the machine or collected by the courier, not the time the order was generated. A parcel sent via a Paczkomat must be placed in a locker by the specified time. Conversely, a parcel collected by a courier must be ready for collection and collected at the agreed time. Meeting these deadlines ensures that the parcel will reach the Paczkomat machines before 1 September.
