Features of the Merchant Panel

The Merchant Panel is your main working tool at InPost Von Halsky. On the home page, you can immediately see a summary of sales, key performance indicators and charts – such as on-time delivery rates and price levels.

In the ‘Offers’ tab, you can view all your products – both accepted and rejected ones (along with the reason for rejection). If the issue was technical (e.g. a missing photo), the offer will be activated automatically once it has been resolved. Meanwhile, in the ‘Orders’ section, you’ll find transaction details and can contact the customer securely.

In the GPSR Data section, you can add details about the responsible entity in bulk. This is important – without them, your listing may be rejected. In the Shop Settings, you can change your logo, description, contact details and returns policy at any time.
