How does the InPost Von Halsky product catalogue work? What determines whether the AI assistant will display your product? You’ll find the answers below.

InPost Von Halsky is based on a product catalogue in which each product listing is created for a specific EAN code or a combination of manufacturer and brand codes. If a product listing already exists, your offer will be automatically assigned to it.

The AI assistant primarily analyses the product title, description, category parameters and EAN code. The more complete the listing, the better its visibility. The title and mandatory parameters are crucial for correct categorisation. In turn, a good description improves the accuracy of matches to customer queries.
