Onboarding at InPost Von Halsky – step by step

How do you set up an account, configure your shop, add products and fulfil your first order on InPost Von Halsky? Here’s everything you need to know.

Onboarding at InPost Von Halsky involves just a few steps – you can complete them independently, at your own pace. You start by setting up an account on the Merchant Portal. At this stage, you provide your company’s details: tax identification number (NIP), business registration number (REGON), National Court Register number (KRS), legal form, contact details and bank account number. Then set up your shop – its name, description, email address and customer service telephone number, as well as the delivery terms and returns policy.

The key step is payment gateway integration. This is the KYC verification stage. Once your verification has been successfully completed, you can proceed to product catalogue integration – via an integrator or an API.

That’s basically it. Your account is now active. From now on, orders will appear directly with your integrator. The rest of the process follows the standard procedure – from order fulfilment, through label generation and dispatch, right through to returns and complaints. You’ll be using the tools you’re already familiar with.

You can only manage returns and complaints via the Merchant Panel. Payouts will be credited to your account automatically on the next working day after the payment has been processed.
