Every shop uses different platforms, tools and sales management systems. That’s why there are several ways you can join the InPost Von Halsky sales channel.

Two methods of integration

Plugins and pre-built integrations

This is the simplest way to add your shop’s listings to InPost Von Halsky – especially if you’re already using one of the supported e-commerce platforms: Base, Apilo, IdoSell, SellAssist, Shoper, AtomStore or xSale.

Each integrator provides its own materials and instructions to guide you through the entire process step by step. The list of available integrators is constantly growing.

Application Programming Interface

Don’t use integration providers? API integration is an option for those with more technical expertise. To set it up, you’ll need programming knowledge and the technical documentation we’ll provide.

A few important rules

• You can only use one integrator at any one time. If you need to change integrators, please contact your account manager. Offers added by the previous integrator will become inactive.
• Orders from InPost Von Halsky appear in the integrator’s system in the same way as all other orders from the shop. You generate shipping labels using the standard method – via the integrator or the Parcel Manager.
• Please ensure that parcels are correctly dispatched via one of the authorised services: InPost Paczkomat 24/7 or InPost Standard Courier.
