Where can you send your luggage abroad with InPost?
Transporting numerous pieces of luggage will not be necessary when you are planning a move to: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. You can ship luggage to these countries from Poland.
So all you have to do is pack your items in a cardboard box, send your parcel in Poland via Paczkomat® or go to a PaczkoPunkt. You can then collect your parcels on the spot in any of the aforementioned countries conveniently via Parcel Machine® or PaczkoPunkt - just the way you like it!
Overseas baggage shipping - available shipment sizes
As part of the InPost service, you can send items of many different sizes, including really large and heavy items. What's more, their maximum weight, regardless of size, is as much as 25 kg . We offer three options:
- Dimension A - 8 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm;
- Dimension B - 19 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm;
- Dimension C - 39 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm.
The price of the service depends on the dimensions of the parcel. You will pay the least for a parcel that is 8 cm high. If you intend to send a larger parcel, don't worry, as we will also send them abroad at attractive prices.
How do I pack a parcel for sending it abroad via Parcel Machine®?
In order to ensure the safe transport of the package ensure that its contents are adequately protected. Fill the free spaces with notched paper, scrape paper or other protective material.
Then carefully seal the package with tape. A good decision will be to buy a paper version of it. You can also wrap it in stretch film or paper for extra protection.
Examples items to be sent by parcel post when moving house These include: books, cosmetics, textiles, clothing, footwear, small electronic equipment, toys, documents, accessories or sports equipment. Remember to properly assess the weight and volume of your parcel to help you choose the right size for your package.

How long does it take for my luggage to be delivered? Travelling abroad with InPost
The delivery time to the previously mentioned European countries is between 3 and 5 days. However, please note that the delivery time is calculated from the first working day. If you place a parcel in a Paczkomat® machine on a Saturday or Sunday, the delivery time will be extended by one or two days. The delivery time may also be affected by holidays in Poland and abroad.
International parcel tracking at InPost
Once your shipment has been posted, you can also quickly and conveniently check the its delivery status in the InPost Mobile app or on our website. If another person is to collect the parcel locally, he or she will receive delivery information in the official language of the country concerned. In the Benelux and France, the collection code is sent in an SMS message from Mondial Relay, and in other countries from InPost.
