At InPost, we are developing our international network and offering convenient solutions for customers who want to send and receive parcels in different European countries. Paczkomat® and PaczkoPunkt devices are available in several European countries.

The network includes shipping from Poland to seven European countries: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal and Italy . In these countries, you will find both our Parcel Machines® and partner pick-up and drop-off points (also known as PUDO, or Pick-Up, Drop-Off), which make everyday courier services easier.

If you want to check whether a Parcel Machine® is abroad, then all you need to do is use the app InPost Mobile . This is the fastest way to find a convenient location, while also tracking and managing parcels. You can also use the website QuickNadania.pl where you will find the exact location of all available points on an interactive map.

Under which names does the InPost Parcel Machine® operate abroad?

Although Paczkomat® is well known in Poland, it operates under different brand names in other countries. This is due to its development strategy and integration with Mondial Relay, which was acquired by InPost in 2021.

Mondial Relay is a French logistics company that has specialised in parcel delivery for individual customers and e-commerce since 1997. With this expanded network, InPost has significantly increased its presence in Europe and offered an even better quality of service.

In the countries where InPost operates, our Paczkomat® machines and PaczkoPunkts have their own names:

• France, Belgium, Luxembourg: Parcel Machine® is a Locker and Parcel Point is Points Relais® (Relay Points) ;
• The Netherlands: Parcel Machine® is Automatic collection point and Parcel Point is Collection Point® ;
• Spain and Portugal: Parcel Machine® is a Locker and Parcel Point is Punto Pack ;
• Italy: Parcel Machine® is Locker and Parcel Point is Point .

Our customers in these countries can benefit from local, recognisable services that operate on the same principles as InPost in Poland. In each of these countries you will find our pick-up and drop-off points for parcels in a number of locations.

InPost has its own machines and Parcel Points in the UK too, and their names are respectively: Locker and InPost Shop . However, the international shipping service does not work there, so it is not possible to send a parcel from Poland to the UK.

How do I send and receive parcels via Parcel Machine abroad?

Using Paczkomat® devices abroad is just as easy as in Poland. The process of sending and receiving parcels has been adapted to local requirements, But the rules are intuitive and convenient. If you want to send a parcel from Poland to one of the countries served by InPost International, all you need to do is:

• prepare your shipment - bear in mind the maximum weight (25 kg) and the available parcel sizes A, B or C;
• you select a shipping option - You will do this in the InPost Mobile app or directly via the website SzybkieNadania.pl;
• you mark the package - use the printed label or write the shipping code on the package;
• send your parcel - you will do this at your nearest Parcelcomat® or Parcel Point.

Delivery time depends on the destination country, but is normally between 3 and 5 working days. Receiving a parcel is just as simple. Once the parcel has arrived at the selected Paczkomat® or PaczkoPunkt device, the recipient will receive a message with a collection code.
