The first consumer ad service where you send a parcel without a label
InPost, a leader in modern logistics services, introduces for OLX users the possibility of sending parcels without printing labels. OLX is the first classifieds site, specialising in organising sales by private persons, to which InPost provided this well-known and popular way of sending parcels, previously available only to the users of the InPost Mobile application.
For individual customers, the need to print an address label is one of the most common problems they face when sending a parcel. It does not matter whether it is due to lack of paper, ink in the printer or the machine itself. Thanks to the cooperation with InPost, sellers on OLX can choose to post with a traditional label or take advantage of a new option - posting without a label. The sender will now receive a special code in the InPost application. This form can be used by those who will use Paczkomaty® InPost for shipping.
- InPost has become a trendsetting company for the entire e-commerce industry in Poland. Today, for the first time, we are providing the business customer with the possibility of sending without a label. Such a solution was previously available only to retail customers of InPost - from now on, starting with OLX, we are moving it to consumer e-commerce. This change will certainly please all OLX sellers, because it makes it much easier to send parcels in Paczkomat® InPost. From now on, all you have to do is scan the QR code from the InPost app on the machine's reader or enter the sending code on the screen and the box will open automatically. The rest, i.e. printing the label and transporting the parcel to the recipient, will be taken care of by InPost. In our business, we constantly strive to look for and support solutions that simplify the way we use logistics services. The replacement of printed labels - available from now on also for OLX customers - makes the way we use the network of devices even more trouble-free and secure. - emphasises Michał Lis, National Sales Director at InPost.
Sending a parcel without a label is extremely easy. All the seller has to do is select the "Send without label" option when creating a parcel in OLX, and receive the sending code in the InPost App and email message. He or she will then send it to any Paczkomat® device using a QR code or a digital code.
As he points out Agnieszka Dąbrowska, Director of Product Development OLX , a previous successful collaboration with InPost, has implemented a solution that will make life much easier for many service users.
- We want to provide our users with hassle-free and convenient solutions The ability to send a parcel without having to generate and print a label is an example of this, which we can realise through our successful partnership with InPost - says Agnieszka Dąbrowska .
InPost
InPost (AEX: INPST) is the leading delivery platform for e-commerce in Europe. Founded by Rafał Brzoska, InPost is now the leading delivery platform for e-commerce and has revolutionised the parcel market in Poland. The first Paczkomat® machines marked with a yellow and black logo appeared in Kraków in 2009 and very quickly became a characteristic feature of Polish cities. Today, the network of Paczkomat® InPost machines is the largest and most convenient automatic network for receiving and sending parcels in Europe - a total of over 22 thousand modern machines, of which almost 17 thousand in Poland. InPost also provides courier and fulfilment services for e-commerce sellers in Poland, working with over 40,000 e-tailers. In 2021 alone, the company handled 517.6 million parcels through courier services and Paczkomat® machines.
From the very beginning, Rafał Brzoska's ambition was to go far beyond the country's borders and create Poland's biggest business success on the European stage. Today, InPost's services are also available to customers in the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and the Benelux countries. In July 2021, InPost acquired French logistics giant Mondial Relay for €513 million, which was the largest Polish private foreign investment. The company's listing on EURONEXT-Amsterdam in 2021 was the largest debut for a European technology company in the continent's history.
InPost's Paczkomat® machines provide consumers with a cheaper, flexible, convenient, environmentally friendly and contactless delivery option. In this way, InPost creates the greenest delivery solution for e-commerce - delivery to Paczkomat® machines reduces CO2 emissions by two-thirds compared to courier deliveries in urban areas and by as much as 90% in rural areas. In addition, it reduces congestion and provides a more convenient solution for delivering parcels to consumers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and without having to wait at home. InPost's mobile app 'InPost Mobile' is one of the most popular apps in Poland.
