What is CIT?

This is the tax charged on income in a given tax year. Legal entities (including limited liability companies, such as InPost) with their registered office or management in Poland pay CIT on all their income, regardless of where it is earned. Companies that do not have their registered office or management in Poland are subject to CIT only on the income they earn in Poland**.
