Women have the power! InPost is a partner of the TOP Women in e-business educational programme

Applications are now being accepted for the 3rd edition of Poland's largest educational programme for women - 'Top Women in e-business', of which we are once again a proud partner!
The TOP Women in e-business programme is aimed at women who are planning to retrain, start their own business or gain or expand their competence in online business. At InPost, we have always believed in the power and potential of women! That is why We are once again a partner of the 'TOP Women in e-business' programme, which opens up many opportunities and motivates women.
The aim of the free programme, organised by the Women in E-business Foundation since 2020, is to raise women's competencies in the area of digital and e-commerce, professional activation of Polish women returning to the labour market after maternity leave, education of women who want to retrain and move from a job to their own business. It is also a support for those female entrepreneurs who have already taken their first steps in e-business, but need to expand their professional competences due to the dynamic situation on the market and uncertain moods.
The slogan for the 3rd edition of TOP Women is "How to develop e-commerce in a crisis?". It is a response to the situation on the e-commerce market, which is slowing down after the last two years of spectacular growth. That is why this year's training will also address the aspect of developing e-commerce in an economic crisis, rising prices and declining sentiment.
Participants in the programme will have the unique opportunity to take part in free training courses led by top experts and practitioners in the e-commerce industry.
As many as 250 women from all over Poland will be able to participate in this year's programme. Participation in the programme is free of charge. Classes will begin in February 2023 and will be held in an online format on Friday afternoons and Saturdays.
Schedule for the 3rd edition of Top Women in e-business:
- until 15 January 2023 - acceptance of applications
- until 1 February 2023 - verification of applications
- 4 February 2023 - announcement of the list of 250 participants
- 24 February 2023 - formal inauguration of the programme and start of classes
- May 2023 - Gala event to conclude the programme
An additional benefit of the programme is the opportunity to meet many inspiring women from different parts of Poland and to exchange experiences between them and support each other in their first steps in business.
Once again, the ambassador of the programme is Małgorzata Ohme , one of the most well-known and respected psychologists and journalists in Poland. For years she has been supporting and motivating women for development and action.
A member of the programme's chapter is Izabela Karolczyk-Szafrańska, Chief Marketing Officer of InPost Group.
Top Women in e-business is a free programme with no restrictions: age, education, income or place of residence. Participants in the programme will take part in a number of workshops, including an original InPost training session, during which they will learn how to create their own online shop with the necessary integrations.
