Where can you return toys that are no longer needed?

Cable to something you no longer have. Spare headphones. A phone that works, but has been in the drawer for two years. Does it sound familiar? Instead of turning your home into an electronics nostalgia warehouse, you can pass these items on and give them a second life.[AŻ1]
[AŻ1]There is no guarantee that a given item will go back into circulation if it does not pass the selection process. It is safer to write about the possibility, the chance for a second life.
What can you do with small electronics?
First, a quick reality check:
- Does it work?
- Is it complete?
- Can someone else use it?
If so, you can Loop it forward, i.e. send it for free via a Parcel Locker.
If the equipment is broken, has missing parts, or is worn out so much that it doesn't make sense to use it any longer, it’s better to take it to a local e-waste collection point. It's important, because these things need to be handled in a specific way.
What can you Loop forward?
- phones that still work,
- tablets, e-book readers,
- headphones, powerbanks,
- small electronic devices in good condition
- cables and accessories (if they are operational).
The rule is simple: send things that have a real chance to get a second life.
How to prepare electronics for shipping?
- Reset the device and erase data
- restore factory settings,
- log out of accounts, and remove memory cards.
- Check completeness
- if the device requires a charger, include it,
- do not send incomplete or damaged equipment.
- Secure the package
- wrap the device in paper or bubble wrap,
- fill empty spaces in the box, do not send devices with loose or sharp parts.

Loop it forward step by step
- Pack the equipment in a box or poly mailer.
- Generate a code in the Loop it forward service (InPost Mobile app or online).
- Write the code on the package (with a marker or pen).
- Send it at a Parcel Locker: scan the QR code or enter the code, open the locker, place the package inside, close it… and you’re done.
No label printing. No extra fees.
Why does it make sense?
Working devices don’t have to end up in a drawer. In Loop it forward, items are assessed and prepared for further use. Things that are still usable can re-enter circulation.
Do you have electronics at home that “still work but you don’t use them”?
Pack them up and Loop it forward. What do you say?
