We have a star!

InPost has been awarded the 2019 Quality of Service Star!
There are at least a few ways to find out what others think of us. However, it is usually enough to simply ask. This is exactly what was done during the 12th edition of the Stars of Service Quality competition, the largest survey of service quality in Poland. By the votes of the users surveyed, InPost was awarded the title of Service Quality Star 2019. The company was recognised, among other things, for its competence and customer service, for its range and price of services . The awards were presented to the winners on World Consumer Day. In this highly symbolic way, their voice resonated particularly strongly. Thank you!
Every day we evaluate the companies we trust. By choosing them in the shop, at home, by shopping ourselves or by recommending them to our friends. The competition held provided an opportunity to collect, compare their choices and create a ranking of recommended companies.
This year, consumers rated more than 46,000 companies from 200 industries, from which almost 120 winners were selected, in various categories. InPost is one of the winners in the 'Courier Services' category. . Customers who voted for our company rated: the knowledge, competence and behaviour of the staff, the offer, prices and assortment, as well as the organisation and time of customer service. The first stage of the survey was a consumer survey, conducted on a continuous basis. Opinions were collected via a website and at a number of points of sale using a mobile app. After one year, the votes were analysed and the companies with the highest service quality indicators were selected. In addition to assessing the quality of service, the likelihood of their recommendation for 2019 (NPS indicator) was also examined for each brand.
The 'Service Quality Star' competition has been organised for many years and has gained the rank of the largest in Poland. This mark of quality is already recognised by 10 million Poles, as many took part in this year's survey. The attachment to the symbol of the competition supports the everyday shopping choices of Poles. The organiser reports that 8 out of 10 consumers faced with the choice of a similar offer will bet on the company just awarded the Service Quality Star.
The Honorary Star is a unique title. Mainly because the decision to award the prize is not made by an external jury, but by consumers themselves. It is by their votes that the winners, including InPost, were selected. The strength of the survey is its broad scale, but also its independence. The survey is free of charge and based on a clear methodology, so that there is confidence that the results obtained are not random consumer assessments.
